Using BEA Jolt
Repository Messages
ERROR
Usage: JREPSVR [-W] -P path -W writable repository.
Description
An invalid option is specified or -P is not specified properly.
Action
Review the Jolt documentation and ensure that the options are specified correctly.
Not enough memory
Not enough memory; please add more swap space.
Configure additional memory. Make sure the operating system parameters are set correctly for the amount of memory on the machine and the amount of memory that can be used by a process. Reduce the memory usage on the machine or increase the amount of physical memory on the machine.
Not enough disk space for "<repository-file-path>"
Ran out of disk space while adding or deleting Repository entries, or during garbage collection.
Configure additional disk space.
Cannot modify read-only repository "<repository-file-path>"
Denies attempt to add or delete an entry from a read-only repository.
Check the file permission and ensure that the file is writable.
"<repository-file-path>" is not a valid repository file.
The specified file is not valid; a valid repository file must have the string, "#!JOLT1.0" in the first line.
Extract the file from the Jolt distribution CD-ROM.
Can't open <repository-file-path>.
Unable to open the repository file.
Check to ensure that the file path is valid or its permission is correct.
Can't create <repository-file-path>: check permission or path.
Unable to create the repository file during garbage collection.
Check the file or directory permission.
Syntax error: <service definition>.
An invalid entry was detected when an attempt was made to add an entry to the repository. The entry must have `:' as a field separator.
Contact BEA Customer Support.
Garbage collection failed: <key> not found.
When the writable repository is shutdown, it performs garbage collection to collapse the repository file. If it detects an inconsistency, the garbage collection fails.
