Process of Creating Adjustments in Siebel Communications (End User)


End users must sometimes adjust customer bills for various reasons, such as to apply credit to compensate for an overcharge. For more information about integrating the billing component with an external billing application, see Defining Integration Workflows for Siebel Communications.

To create an adjustment, perform the following tasks:
