Displaying Account Details
You can display account details by using the Accounts list. To display account details
- Tap Accounts on the application banner to display the Accounts list.
- Tap an account in the list.
All account details for the selected account are displayed in the work area. The account details include the information shown in the following table.

Menu button |
The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button. |
New button |
Use this button to create a new account. For more information, see Adding or Updating Accounts. |
Edit button |
Use this button to edit the account details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Accounts. |
Forward and Back buttons |
Use to navigate to the next and previous account record in the work area. |
Account Information |
Includes information about the account, such as the account name, address, and email. |
Related Lists |
Each account can be linked to multiple contacts, calls, and addresses. The following related lists are available for accounts:
- Contacts. Shows the contacts linked to the account. If required, tap Contacts to add a new account contact. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts for an Account.
- Addresses. Shows the address information for the account. If required, tap Addresses to add a new account address. For more information, see Adding or Updating Address Information for an Account.
- Calls. Shows the calls from the team that are linked to the account. If required, tap Calls to create a new account call. For more information, see Creating or Updating Calls for an Account.
- Affiliations. Shows the affiliated contacts for the account. For more information, see Reviewing or Changing Affiliation Information for an Account.
- Relationships. Shows the relationship that exists between this account and other accounts. For more information, see Reviewing or Changing Relationship Information for an Account.
- Attachments. Shows the attachments (if there are any) for the account. You can view and update existing attachments, add new file attachments, and add new URL attachments to accounts. For more information, see Using the Attachment Feature.
