Setting SMQ Values for Mobile Web Client

Removed the topic. The configuration settings that were manually added to the [SMQ] section of the Siebel application .cfg files in Version 8.0 are not automatically added to the Mobile Web Client's autosync.cfg file during initial extract. The values are automatically supplied from the properties of the queue named subsystem that the administrator assigns to the Mobile Web Client while enabling the client in Store-and-Forward Messaging.

Troubleshooting Store-and-Forward Messaging Setup and Configuration

In Step 5, added information about viewing the status of the RTSQApplier component from a Siebel application.

Siebel Store-and-Forward Messaging Client-Side Troubleshooting Checklist

  • RTSExtractor
  • RTSSender
  • RTSQApplier
  • RTSSubscription

The amount of information that is logged depends on the log level settings for your implementation.
