Procedureシャーシを追加する

この節では、I-Fabric 内で動的にシャーシを追加および削除する方法を説明します。

手順

  1. /opt/terraspring/sbin/discoversfb1600 と入力します。

    このツールを実行すると、コマンド行 UI が起動し、シャーシ情報の入力が求められます。

  2. 検出するシャーシの SSC の IP アドレスの入力を求められたら、独立した r 行で各アドレスを入力します。

  3. IP アドレスのリストをそのまま使用するかをたずねられたら、Yes と入力してそのまま使用するか、No と入力して値を編集します。

  4. プロンプトで、システムコントローラのユーザー名を入力します。

  5. プロンプトで、システムコントローラのパスワードを入力します。

    続いて、システムコントローラのユーザー名およびパスワードが、スイッチのユーザー名およびパスワードと同じであるかどうかたずねられます。

  6. ユーザー名およびパスワードが同じであるかどうかを入力します。

    • ユーザー名およびパスワードが異なる場合は、no と入力して、スイッチのログイン情報を指定します。

      • ユーザー名およびパスワードが同じである場合は、yes と入力します。

  7. 引き続き、UI により入力を求められる情報を入力します。

    続いて、discoversfb1600 コマンドによって、指定したシャーシの検出が行われ、 サーバーブレード、SSC、およびそれらのインターコネクトなど、シャーシのコンポーネントが自動的に追加されます。 検出処理は、各シェルフで実行に数分間かかります。
