Before You Begin
Perform the hardware setup as described in the hardware setup documentation.
Apply standby power to the server by connecting AC power to the system power supply. See Server Connections for the location of the power connectors.
See Server Connections for the location of the RJ-45 NET MGT port.
ssh -l root sp_ip_address
For example, to connect to the SP with the DHCP-assigned IP address of 129.144.82.20, type the following command:
ssh -l root 129.144.82.20
The default user name is root and the default password is changeme.
