Caution - System performance impact. The default system BIOS settings are the optimized settings for your server. Changes to the default settings might negatively impact the performance of your server and render your server inoperable. |
Connecting to the system console allows you to see and respond to POST and boot messages.
To reboot the server see Controlling Power and Performing Hardware Reset.
The BIOS Setup utility main menu appears.
For a description of the BIOS Setup utility menu screens, see BIOS Setup Utility Screens.
When you exit the BIOS Setup utility, the server performs a hard reset and then boots to the OS.
