12. Installing Sun QFS and Sun Storage Archive Manager -- Quick Start
The software regularly accesses several files that are created during the installation and configuration procedure. You should back up these files regularly to a file system that is outside the file system in which they reside. In the event of a disaster, you can then restore these files from your backup copies.
You should back up the following files regularly and whenever you modify them:
/etc/opt/SUNWsamfs/mcf
/etc/opt/SUNWsamfs/samfs.cmd
/etc/opt/SUNWsamfs/defaults.conf
/etc/opt/SUNWsamfs/archiver.cmd
