Viewing an asset’s history lets you see when the asset was created, the version numbers associated with each check-in, a listing of the different times the asset was checked in, and the identity of the user who created or modified the asset. Note that you can view an asset’s history only if it has been checked in at least once.
To view an asset’s history:
Display the Assets tab.
Click the name of the asset whose history you want to see.
Display the History tab:
You can use the Compare Selected Versions button to compare the properties of two versions of an asset. See Comparing Asset Versions for more information.
