For users who aren’t currently receiving a promotion, the system checks if they have a particular Closeness Qualifier or any Closeness Qualifiers, depending on how you set up this element. To set this element to watch for a particular Closeness Qualifier, you need to indicate “where closenessQualifier'srepositoryID is ID” where ID is the actual ID of the Closeness Qualifier.
