The Commerce Reference Store evaluation install is designed to run in the following environments:
As such, the evaluation installation has the following requirements:
A supported Linux or Windows operating system.
A supported version of the JDK for your operating system.
A supported version of the WebLogic application server. You must install WebLogic before installing the Oracle ATG Web Commerce platform. See the WebLogic documentation for detailed information.
On Linux, a supported version of MySQL is installed and MySQL is in your path. (On Windows, the ATG platform installer will install MySQL for you.)
In addition to the software requirements listed above, the evaluation install uses port 7001 for WebLogic and 7003 for the ATG server. Both of these ports must be available in order for the evaluation install to be successful.
