To use ATG Portal, you assemble an EAR file that includes the modules you want to use. Once you have an EAR file, you deploy it to the appropriate location and startup the Web application it contains. For information on assembling applications, see the ATG Platform Programming Guide. Deploy and start your application according to the instructions in the manuals provided with your application server.
