SCTP Stack Implementation
This section lists the details of the
Oracle Solaris implementation of the IETF
standard for the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (RFC
4960)
. The table in this section
lists all of the exceptions from RFC
4960. The SCTP protocol in the
Oracle Solaris operating
system fully implements any section
s of RFC
4960 that is not explicitly mentioned in
the table.

3. SCTP Packet Format

the optional ECNE and CWR. 3.3.2:
