Viewing My Contacts

The My Contacts widget on the My Services tab provides a list of all contacts for your services - that is, all individuals who are involved with Oracle services and packages in your organization. It includes both registered Oracle Advanced Support Platform users, who have a user account and can log in and use Oracle Advanced Support Platform, and other interested partied, such as CTOs, whose contact information has been registered in Oracle Advanced Support Platform but who cannot access Oracle Advanced Support Platform.

Prerequisites

  • You have an Oracle Advanced Support Platform customer user account.

To view service contacts:

  1. Log in to Oracle Advanced Support Platform.

The Oracle Advanced Support Platform Home page appears.

  2. On the My Services tab, go to the My Contacts widget.

The My Contacts widget displays the following information about each contact:

    Field Description
    Name Name of the contact
Email E-mail address for this contact
Primary Phone Primary phone number for this contact
Cell Phone Cell phone number for this contact
Type Type of contact, that is:
    • Technical

    • Management

    Here you can:

    • Filter displayed contacts - Click any column name to sort the contacts displayed by that column. For example, click Name to sort alphabetically by name.

Click the same column again to reverse the sort order. Clicking the Name column again sorts in reverse alphabetical order.

    • Search contacts - In the Search field on the menu bar, enter the contact name. Oracle Advanced Support Platform automatically completes the string you enter with the first contact that matches. You can also use the wildcard %. Then click the Search icon. The View Contacts page is refreshed, displaying the contact(s) matching the full or partial entry.
