If you want to install Oracle Solaris OS to a redundant array of independent disks (RAID ) volume, you must configure the RAID volume before you install the Oracle Solaris OS. For instructions for configuring RAID, refer to Configuring Server Drives for OS Installation in Oracle Server X5-2 Installation Guide .
