Editing a Template

  1. Click the Edit link in the Action column of the template you wish to edit.
  2. On the Edit Survey template page, you can modify the questions each section by using the Available questions menu.
  3. You can modify the order in which the questions are displayed in each section by clicking on the question (in the Selected Questions menu control) and then clicking the Move Up or Move down button as needed.
  4. Modify the rating group for each section by selecting the one you want from the Rating group pull-down menu.
  5. Add a new section by clicking the Add Section button at the bottom of the page.
  6. Each section must have at least one question and a rating group for the answer to the question.
