Creating a New Question

  1. To create a new question click the Admin link in the Left Navigation Bar, or select Go To >  Survey Management > Admin from the Top Navigation bar.
  2. Click the Manage Questions link.
  3. Click the Create a New Question button.
  4. Enter a short name for the question. This is only for internal use within the system.
  5. Enter a long name for the question. This is the field in which you should enter the complete text of the question as you want it to be on displayed in the survey.
  6. Click the Create button to save your changes.
