Creating a New Survey Template

Before you create a new survey template, make sure you have created the questions and the rating groups.

Once you have created these, you can create the survey template.

  1. To begin creating a survey template click the Admin link in the Left Navigation Bar or select Go To > Survey Management > Admin from the Top Navigation bar.
  2. Click the Manage templates link.
  3. Create the New Survey Templates button.
  4. Enter the Survey template name. You can also add headers and descriptions.
  5. Click the Add Section button.
  6. Enter a section name.
  7. Select the questions from the Available Questions menu.
  8. Select the rating group for the section.
  9. Continue to add sections and click the Create Survey Template to save your changes.
