Viewing patient transfer history

The OutcomeLogix application stores the details of each transfer in the audit trail, including Patient ID, the originating site where the patient was transferred from, the destination site where the patient was transferred to, the reason for the transfer, who performed the transfer, and the date and time of the transfer.

1. On the Patient List page, click the Patient Transfer History tab.

   The Patient Transfer History page appears. For more information, see the Patient Transfer History page.

2. To view a patient archive, click View.

   The archive appears in a separate window.
