Patient Transfer History page

By clicking the column headers, you can sort the Patient Transfer History list.

Search by:

  • Patient List
  • Transferred From
  • Patient ID
  • Transferred To

Filter the patient transfer history list by selecting one of the following from the Search drop-down list:

  • Patient List—To select from a list of patients who have been transferred.
  • Transferred From—To select from a list of sites from which patients have been transferred.
  • Patient ID—To search for a specific patient.
  • Transferred To—To select from a list of sites to which patients have been transferred.

     

To apply the filter, you must click Submit ().

To apply a different filter, you must first click Clear Filters.

To filter by Patient ID, type a specific Patient ID, with or without leading zeros, or a set of contiguous digits. The application sorts the records in ascending order by creation date. This choice may result in the retrieval of multiple patient records.

View

Click to view the patient archive.

 

Columns

 

 

Patient ID

Unique identifier for the patient.

 

Transferred From

The originating site.

 

Transferred To

The destination site.

 

Reason For Transfer

Justification for transferring the patient.

 

Transferred By

User name of person who initiated the transfer.

 

Transfer Date (In GMT)

Date and time of transfer.

The time is in GMT and is the time the server made the transfer.

Archive

The patient history up to and including the patient record transfer. In PDF format.

Page controls

  • Page n of n drop-down list—Displays the specific page.
  • Records per Page drop-down list—Select the number of records to display.
  • |<—View the first page.
  • <—view the previous page.
  • >—View the next page.
  • >|—View the last page.

 

Buttons

 

 

Clear Filters

Reset the search drop-down lists to blank.
