Searching for a transferred patient

1. On the Patient List page, click the Patient Transfer History tab.
2. The Patient Transfer History page appears. For more information, see the Patient Transfer History page.
3. From the Search drop-down list, select your search criteria:
   • Patient List—To select from a list of patients who were transferred.
   • Transferred From—To select from a list of sites from which patients were transferred.
   • Patient ID—To search for a specific patient.
   • Transferred To—To select from a list of sites to which patients were transferred.
4. To the right of the drop-down list, click Submit ().

   The application displays the patients that match the search criteria.
