Viewing the audit trail for a site

Changes to most fields for a site are audited and are viewable on the Audit Trail page.

  1. Select Administration (Administration icon. Click to navigate to the Administration page.).
  2. Click Manage Sites.

    The Manage Sites page appears.

    You can now view the site list.

  3. Click the Edit link for the site.
  4. Click the Audit Trail button (A).

    The Audit Trail page for the site appears.

  5. To see the audit trail for changes made to one or more fields, click the plus sign to the left of the item in the Field column.

    or

    To see the changes to all fields in a grid, click Show all details at the top of the page.

    For each item, the most recent changes appear first.

  6. To filter the Audit Trail, choose a criterion and click Search.

  7. To return to the Manage Sites page, click Back.
