User Operation rights
Right | Description |
---|---|
Enter/Edit EDC Data | User can enter data on forms. For more information, see Who can enter data into a form?. |
View Protected Health Information | User can view protected health information, required of roles tasked with entering or viewing clinical patient information. For more information, see Assigning rights to a role. |
Lock/Unlock Users | User can lock or unlock a user account to prevent the user from using the OutcomeLogix application. For more information, see Locking and unlocking a user. |
Reset Password | User can reset another user's password on the User Profile page, accessed using the Manage Users selection on the Administration page. For more information, see Resetting a user password. |
Set Temporary Password | User can create a temporary password for a user or patient on the User Profile page, accessed using the Manage Users selection on the Administration page. For more information, see Setting a temporary password for a user. |
Edit Your Own Profile | User can view and edit the information on the User Profile page. For more information, see Viewing and editing your profile. |
Sign ICD | User can sign Informed Consent documents as a site user or witness. For more information, see Informed Consent Document (ICD) page. |
Design Report | User can create custom, ad hoc reports using the Oracle BI Publisher tool. For more information, see Working with ad hoc reports. |
Create Users | User can perform the first step of the user creation process by completing the Create User page, accessed using the Manage Users selection on the Administration page. For more information, see Creating, activating, and deactivating a user. |
Activate/Deactivate Users | User can perform the second step of the user creation process, activation, by activating the user on the Manage Users page, accessed using the Manage Users selection on the Administration page.
