Source Document Reviewed (SDV)

User can mark a patient, visit, form, or item as reviewed against a source document by selecting the Mark SDV icon on the Patient Summary page.

Remove Source Document Reviewed (SDV)

User can unmark a patient, visit, form, or item as reviewed against a source document by selecting the Unmark SDV icon on the Patient Summary page.

Freeze

User can freeze a patient, visit, form, or item by selecting the Freeze icon on the Patient Summary page. Users can still issue queries for frozen patients, visits, and forms.

Unfreeze

User can unfreeze a patient, visit, form, or item by selecting the Unfreeze icon on the Patient Summary page.

Mark DM Reviewed

User can mark a patient, visit, form, or item as reviewed by a data manager by selecting the Mark DM Reviewed icon on the Patient Summary page.

Unmark DM Reviewed

User can unmark a patient, visit, form, or item as reviewed by a data manager by selecting the Unmark DM Reviewed icon on the Patient Summary page.

Mark for Remote Review

User can mark a patient, visit, form, or item as reviewed remotely by selecting the Mark for Remote Review icon on the Patient Summary page.

Remove Remote Review

User can unmark a patient, visit, form, or item as reviewed remotely by selecting the Remove Remote Review icon on the Patient Summary page.

Lock Status

User can lock a patient, visit, form, or item by selecting the Lock icon on the Patient Summary page. Locked objects cannot be modified or signed.

Unlock Status

User can unlock a patient, visit, form, or item by selecting the Unlock icon on the Patient Summary page.

Sign Object

User can sign the selected patient, visit, form, or item by selecting the Sign icon on the Patient Summary page.

Unsign Object

User can unsign the selected patient, visit, form, or item by selecting the Unsign icon on the Patient Summary page.

Create Manual Query

User can create a manual query by selecting the Create Query icon on a form.

Intentionally Left Blank

User can skip a visit, form, or item and revisit it later.
