View Patient Diary

User can view Electronic Patient-Reported Outcome (ePRO) forms by selecting the Patient Forms link on the Patient Summary page.

Show ICD History Link

User can view the signed Informed Consent Documents for the selected patient by selecting the ICD History link on the Patient Summary page.

Transfer Patient

User can initiate a patient transfer from the originating site by selecting the patient in the Patient List and clicking the Transfer button.

Show Patient Transfer History

User can view the details of patient transfers by clicking the Patient Transfer History tab on the Patient List page.
