Call Center rights
Right | Description |
---|---|
Interview Patient | User can log and conduct Call Center interviews. For more information, see Starting an interview. |
Edit Patient Profile | User can add a patient to the Call Center by editing the patient profile. For more information, see Adding a patient to the Call Center. |
Assign Call Center Staff | User can assign patients to a user with the Call Center Staff role. For more information, see Assigning staff to the Call Center. |
Override Incomplete Forms | User can perform an interview with a patient outside of the scheduled Survey window. For more information, see Performing an interview outside of the survey window. |
Get eCodes | User can view the eCodes for a phone-based patient if the patient email address is not in the system. For more information, see Conducting a survey. |
