Follow the instructions below for your environment.
On UNIX
To stop the ATGProduction and ATGPublishing servers on UNIX:
In a shell window, enter the following to list all running processes:
ps –efIdentify the process ID numbers for the
ATGProductionandATGPublishingservers and their related Java processes.Enter the following command to kill the processes, replacing
<processIDs>with a space delimited list of the IDs you identified in the previous step:kill -9 <processIDs>Note: It is best to use this method of killing the Oracle Commerce Platform servers, instead of Control-C, in order to make sure that all related processes are stopped and the ports are available for future use.
In a shell window, delete the
ATGProductionandATGPublishingdirectories:Change directories to your JBoss
deploymentsdirectory, for example,/usr/local/jboss-eap-6.1.0/jboss-eap-6.1/standalone/deployments.Delete both the
ATGProductionandATGPublishingdirectories.
Delete the
ATGProduction.xmlandATGPublishing.xmlfiles:Change directories to your JBoss
configurationdirectory, for example,/usr/local/jboss-eap-6.1.0/jboss-eap-6.1/standalone/configuration.Delete both the
ATGProduction.xmlandATGPublishing.xmlfiles.
Delete the XML history files:
Change directories to your JBoss
standalone_xml_historydirectory, for example,/usr/local/jboss-eap-6.1.0/jboss-eap-6.1/standalone/configuration/standalone_xml_history.Delete all XML files whose names start with either
ATGProductionorATGPublishing.
Continue with Dropping the Oracle Commerce Schemas.
On Windows
To stop the ATGProduction and ATGPublishing servers on Windows:
In the command prompt where you are running the
ATGProductionserver, type Ctrl-C.Enter Y to confirm the process termination.
Repeat these steps in the command prompt where you are running the
ATGPublishingserver.In a command prompt or using Windows Explorer, delete the
ATGProductionandATGPublishingdirectories:Change directories to your JBoss
deploymentsdirectory, for example,C:\jboss-eap-6.1.0\jboss-ep-6.1\standalone\deployments.Delete both the
ATGProductionandATGPublishingdirectories.
Delete the
ATGProduction.xmlandATGPublishing.xmlfiles:Change directories to your JBoss
configurationdirectory, for example,C:\jboss-eap-6.1.0\jboss-eap-6.1\standalone\configuration.Delete both the
ATGProduction.xmlandATGPublishing.xmlfiles.
Delete the XML history files:
Change directories to your JBoss
standalone_xml_historydirectory, for example,C:\jboss-eap-6.1.0\jboss-ep-6.1\standalone\configuration\standalone_xml_history.Delete all XML files whose names start with either
ATGProductionorATGPublishing.
