Journal by Foreign Currency (finjrnlbyforcurr with CAS14.FMX)

Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.

Displayed when the Cashiering>Foreign Currency Handling application function is set to Y, the Journal by Foreign Currency will display all postings for today that were posted in a currency not equal to the Properties Base Currency. The Property Base Currency is configured and displayed in Configuration>Property>Property Details. The ability to filter one or more specific currencies and one or more specific cashiers is available.

 

Date Range

From Date. Select the beginning date to display results for the report.

To Date. Select the ending date for the results of the report.

Filter

Currency. Multi Select LOV to select specific currencies.

Cashier. Multi Select LOV to select specific cashiers.

Group By. Cashier, Currency and Transaction Date.

Function Buttons

Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.

Print. Select to print the report.

File. Select to save the report as a file.

Close. Select to exit the specific report
