Dashboard

Select to open the OCMM Dashboard and view email and ROI statistics at three levels: Global, Campaign or Profile.

Segmentation

Select to open the Segmentation screen. On the Segmentation screen, you can launch the Segmentation Wizard to create segments from the OPERA database and join segments to create target lists for your campaigns.

Campaigns

Select to open the Campaigns screen for viewing campaign statistics, creating new campaigns or editing existing ones using the Campaign Wizard.

Reports

Select to access reports.

Miscellaneous

Select to open miscellaneous screens for exporting/importing campaigns, integrating social media, and scheduling campaigns.

Setup

Select to access the configurations area in OCMM. In this area, you can configure application settings for OCMM as well as configure the ESP Template Codes for Email Service Providers and configure the Campaign Categories.
