Block Status Change Snapshot (REP_BOOK_STATUS_SNAPSHOT.REP with EXPORT_BOOKING_STATUS_SNAPSHOT.FMX)
With the Block Status Change Snapshot, Room Night and Revenue figures are captured at the point of each status change and updated the BOOKING STATUS CHANGES table. These figures can be viewed on the Production Changes - Status screen, printed as a report (in delimited format) or it can be exported using the Booking Status Snapshot Export.
This report can be filtered by: Property, Arrival Date Range, Block Status, Status Change Range, Prior Status, Lead Source, or Owner.
Note: When printing this report topic, it is recommended that you select the Landscape page orientation.
Note: This report requires that the user be granted the BLOCK PRINT permission in the selected property to run the report. Also, the Property LOV in this report is further limited by the properties to which the user has the appropriate access granted.
Property. Select one or more properties for which this report is to be run.
Arrival Date Range. Select an arrival date range to filter this report by.
Block Status. Select one or more Block Statuses to filter this report by.
Status Change Range. Select a date range during which the Block's status would have changed.
Prior Status. Select one or more prior Block Statuses to filter this report by.
Lead Source. Select one or more Lead Sources to filter this report by.
Owner. Select one or more Primary Rooms Owners to filter this report by.
Preview. Use the preview option to view the generated output of this report in PDF format.
Print. Use the Print button to print the report to the selected output.
File. Prints the generated report output to an *.rtf file.
Close. Closes this report screen.
This report is ordered from left to right with the following data; Property Code, Block Id, Block Code, Primary Rooms Owner, Lead Source, Market Code, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Prior Status, Status, Status Change Date, Account Name, Account, Account City, Account State, Account Country, Company Contact Name, Company Contact Address1, Company Contact Address2, Company Contact City, Company Contact Zipcode, Company Contact State, Company Contact Country, Company Contact Phone, Company Contact Email, Block Name, Agent Name, Agent City, Agent State, Agent Country, Agent Contact Name, Agent Contact City, Agent Contact State, Agent Contact Country, Total Contract Rooms, Average Contract Rate, Total Status Rooms, Total Room Nights, Average Rate and Total Pickup.
Travel Agent Account fields are displayed according to the following profile type hierarchy:
If a Travel Agent Account is attached to the business block, the Travel Agent Account information is displayed.
If a Travel Agent Account is not attached to the business block, and a Source Account is attached, the Source Account information is displayed.
Travel Agent Contact fields are displayed according to the following profile type hierarchy:
If a Travel Agent Contact is attached to the business block, the Travel Agent Contact information is displayed.
If a Travel Agent Contact is not attached to the business block, and a Source Contact is attached, the Source Contact information is displayed.
