Address Book Page

Use the Address Book page to perform actions on the contacts in your address books.

The name of the page assumes the name of address book.

Element Description
New Contact Select to create a contact in a personal address book. This opens the New Contact page.
New Group Select to create a group in a personal address book. This opens the New Group page.
Delete Select to delete the selected contacts from your personal address books or from the Collected Addresses address book.
Compose Mail To Select to compose an email to the selected contacts. This opens a Compose page with the To field filled with the selected contacts.
Copy To Select to copy the selected contacts to a personal address book.
Print Select to print the contact information for the selected contacts or for all the contacts in the address book.
Search field Enter text to search for contacts in the address book.
Search options Select the magnifying glass icon in the search field and select the search attribute for the search.
  • Display Name (default): Searches by display name

  • Email Address: Searches by email address

  • First Name: Searches by first name

  • Last Name: Searches by last name

  • Phone Number: Searches by phone number

Personal Information and Email Address Displays the name and email address of the selected contact. Select the plus-sign icon next to the email address to open the New Message page and send an email to that contact.
Edit Select to edit the contact information for the contact in your personal address books or the Collected Addresses address book.
