Before you start the troubleshooting process, ensure that you have done the following:
Installed the ServiceNow Connector as specified in Installing the ServiceNow Ticketing Connector.
Configured the ServiceNow Connector as specified in Configuring the ServiceNow Ticketing Connector
Set up one or more notification rules as specified in Automatically Creating a Ticket.
