7 Troubleshooting the ServiceNow Connector

This chapter provides information to assist you in troubleshooting integration issues with the ServiceNow Connector. The connector cannot function unless the appropriate components have been installed and configured.

Refer to the OMS logs to identify the exact error ID, if needed.

Before you start the troubleshooting process, ensure that you have done the following:

• Installed the ServiceNow Connector as specified in Installing the ServiceNow Ticketing Connector.

• Configured the ServiceNow Connector as specified in Configuring the ServiceNow Ticketing Connector

• Set up one or more notification rules as specified in Automatically Creating a Ticket.
