About Oracle Customer Hub (UCM) Functions and Services


The database tables and Siebel Connector for Master Data Applications support insert, delete, update, and query functionality on master data, such as customers, products, and so on. When these functions are available in Siebel Business Applications and back-office systems, they can be used to make modifications to an organization's data, which is then stored and reconciled in Oracle Customer Hub.
