Obtaining Program Information on the Siebel eService Web Site

Both registered customers who enter a user name and password to access the Siebel eService Web site and anonymous customers who do not register on the Web site can obtain information about programs. To obtain information about programs, customers perform the following tasks:

• Searching the Knowledge Database for Program Information
• Reviewing Program Information
• Reviewing News Articles
