Resetting User Passwords

You can reset user passwords using Primavera Cloud Administration. When a user password is reset, an email will be sent to the user with a temporary password. Upon using a temporary password to log in with Oracle Access Manager, users are required to update their passwords.

After you create new users for your cloud service, you must reset those users' passwords in order to notify them of their account and to supply them with a temporary login password. When users log in to an application for the first time using their temporary password, they must set their challenge questions in addition to updating their passwords.

To reset user passwords:

  1. Select the check boxes that are associated with the users whose passwords you want to reset. Alternatively, you can select all available users by selecting the check box next to the First Name column header.

Note: There is no confirmation message for resetting passwords. Ensure that you want to reset the passwords of all of the selected users.

  2. Click Reset Password.
