Advanced Identity Management Tasks

The information in this section is specific to the Oracle Identity Manager application. Use this section if you need to do one of the following tasks:

• Unlock accounts
• Modify user information
• Reset challenge questions
• Remove provisioning assignments
• Disable user accounts

  Note: The system takes an additional five minutes to process actions in Oracle Identity Manager once they have been completed. For example, if you unlock a user's account and they attempt to log in to their account before waiting five minutes, they can lock their account again.

To log into Oracle Identity Manager:

1. Log in with Oracle Access Manager.
2. In the Welcome to 15.1 Applications list, click OIM Identity.
