Resetting Challenge Questions

Users can log in to Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to update or change their challenge questions.

To change your challenge questions:

1. Log in to OIM with your username and password.
2. In Identity Self Service, under My Profile, click My Information.
3. In the My Information page, expand Challenge Questions.
   1. In the Question menus, select your challenge questions.
   2. In the Answer fields, enter an answer for each question.
4. Click Apply.
