Use Case: Viewing the Lockout Out Customer Accounts Report


This use case lets a CSRAdministrator view the Locked Out Customer Accounts report, which contains a list of customer users that have been locked out of the Self-Service application. The CSRAdministrator can also reactivate a locked-out Self-Service customer.

Main Path for Viewing the Locked Out Customer Accounts Report

The main path occurs when a CSRAdministrator selects Reports from the Main Menu, then clicks Locked Out Customer Accounts to display the Locked Out Customer Accounts page.

Alternate Paths for Viewing the Locked Out Customer Accounts Report

An alternate path occurs when a CSRAdministrator clicks User Access, and selects Locked Out Customer Accounts from the drop-down tab menu.
