Use Case: Viewing the Locked Out Customer Service Representatives Report

This use case lets a CSRAdministrator view the Locked Out Customer Service Representatives report, which contains a list of Assisted Service users who have been locked out of the Assisted Service application. A CSRAdministrator can also reactivate a locked-out Assisted Service user.

Main Path for Viewing the Locked Out Customer Service Representatives Report

The main path occurs when a CSRAdministrator selects Reports from the Main Menu, and then clicks Locked Out Customer Service Representatives to display the Locked Out Customer Service Representatives page.

Alternate Paths for Viewing the Locked Out Customer Service Representatives Report

An alternate path occurs when a CSRAdministrator clicks User Access, and selects Locked Out Customer Service Representatives from the drop-down tab menu.
