Use Case: Viewing the Locked Out Accounts Reactivated Report


This use case lets a CSRAdministrator view the Locked Out Accounts Reactivated report, which contains a list of both Self-Service customer accounts and Assisted Service users that have been reactivated.

Main Path for Viewing the Locked Out Accounts Reactivated Report

The main path occurs when a CSRAdministrator chooses Reports from the Main Menu, clicks User Access, and then clicks Locked Out Accounts Reactivated to display the Locked Out Accounts Reactivated page.

Alternate Paths for Viewing the Locked Out Accounts Reactivated Report

An alternate path occurs when a CSRAdministrator clicks User Access, and selects Locked Out Accounts Reactivated from the drop-down tab menu.
