Use Case: Viewing a List of Billing Metrics Reports

This use case lets a Merchant user select billing metric reports to view for the enterprise. User metric reports provide summary information about billing data in the Oracle Billing Insight applications. Users can view the Billing Files report.

Main Path for Selecting Billing Metrics Reports

The main path occurs when a Merchant user clicks the Billing Metrics tab, displaying the Billing Metrics page listing the available reports.

Alternate Paths for Selecting Billing Metrics Reports

An alternate path occurs when a user selects Reports from the Main Menu, and clicks Billing Metrics.
