Assisted Service Application Guide for Oracle Billing Insight > Servicing Companies > Use Case: Searching for a CompanyThis use case lets an agent search for a company. Searching for a company embeds a Self-Service Dashboard (overview) for the company within the Assisted Service application page. The Dashboard contains company-specific content and functionality derived from the Self-Service application. The agent can use all the functionality shown on the embedded Self-Service Dashboard for the company. Main Path for Searching for a CompanyThe main path occurs when an agent logs in, the Assisted Service application displays the Search page, the agent enters a valid company name, clicks Submit to display the View Company page, then clicks the company name to embed the Self-Service Account Dashboard (overview) for the company in the Assisted Service page.
