Use Case: Deleting an Assisted Service User


This use case lets a CSRAdministrator delete an Assisted Service application user, including other CSRAdministrator, CSR, and Merchant users.

Main Path for Deleting an Assisted Service User

The main path occurs when a CSRAdministrator clicks Delete on the CSR User Information dialog box to display the Delete CSR User Information page.
