Change minimum (Glory)
The following program description deals with the following:
Remarks on the Program Function
With this program, you can update the data of change
minimum for the coin and banknote inventory for the Glory Cash Infinity System,
i.e. create new data records, alter or delete existing records. You can also
view the stored data for information purposes.
If the POS operates with the Glory coin and
banknote recycler the following settings are necessary:
- A payment type of "CashGuard"
has to be set up to communicate with the Glory Cash Infinity System when
finalize a receipt.
- The environment variable
"OSCAR_OPTIONS= CashGuard" must be set up in the oscar.ini file
as a precondition to pay with "Cash Guard".
- The URL address for the communication
with the FCC (Front Circle Controller) must be entered in program Terminal
-> Add Data in field "Glory
Webservice URL.." .
- In the program Cash
Recycle Parameter, the number of the Denom table must be entered in
field "Denom no". This table will
hold the values for the change minimum of coin and banknotes for the Glory
Cash Infinty System. If one of the coins or banknotes change is below that
change minimum value, the warning message "Float entry" will
appear on the pos and the operator will be automatically signed off . In
that case the Glory Cash Infinity System must be refilled with coins or
banknotes before the operator can sign on again..
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Select the number of the company on whose level the
denominations table is to be updated.
If the number is not known, the data record can be selected
with Search.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99
Enter the number of the denomination table in this field
for the change minimum of coins and banknotes for the Glory Cash Infinity
System.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter the name of the denominations table. The name entry
is not restricted, but it should be easy to identify.
