The program description deals with the following:
The data for a Zebra-CPL printer can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.
The Zebra-CPL printer has a WLAN interface and must consequently be operated via interface type TCP/IP.
The settings are made in the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program as follows:

Configuration of printer
The printer configuration, and in particular the device’s own TCP/IP and port
no., is set up via the software of the device manufacturer and the serial
interface cable provided.

Configuration of TCP/IP interface
Select a free no. for the device interface in program System ->
Configuration -> Interface
type. Make a selection in field "Type" (=
IP address) and enter the device’s TCP/IP no. in field Device name. The TCP/IP
no. entry can be a combination of the TCP/IP no. and the port no. as follows
(e.g. 132.147.234.118:6110).

Configuration of Zebra-CPL printer
Select device type "Zebra-CPL printer" in program System ->
Configuration -> Devices from the devices group "Cash printer". Link the interface
type "IP address" as device interface to this printer. Please ensure
that the TCP/IP no. and the port no. always match the device setting.

A combination of TCP/IP no. and port no. can be entered as follows in program
System -> Configuration -> Interface type field Device no.
(132.147.234.118:6101). In such a case, no entry is required in this
field.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 – 65535 (default 2000 milliseconds)
Enter a value in milliseconds in this field to define the maximum time for a response, before the timeout signal of the device is sent.
Default = 0
Entry range permitted: numeric 0 – 99999
Default 100 milliseconds.
Entry range permitted: numeric 0 – 999999
Default 5000 milliseconds.

Path and name of the BMP file for logo print
A logo can be printed on the receipt instead of the normal receipt head print. If this is required, the name of the BMP file must be entered in this field together with the path relative to the current work directory (e.g. work directory = work.10, BMP file in directory "bmp"; entry = ../bmp/BMP file name)
