Remarks on the Program Function

This program, which you can open from the window Application -> Sales -> Receipt Transactions ->RVM position,  lists the redeemed RVM positions of the booking transaction.

This is a pure information program. Attempts to save entries will be rejected with the message "Not allowed".

Company

The transaction has been carried out in this company.

Branch

The transaction has been carried out in this branch.

Terminal

The transaction has been carried out at this terminal.

Transaction

Number of the transaction.

Position

Position number with which the balance has been settled.

Parent pos.

IIf the item ("tandem", "follow-up") is linked to another one, the position number of the linked item ("tandem carrier") will be displayed here.

Void mode

If the item has been voided, the void mode (direct void, receipt void etc.) will be displayed here.

The following void types can be linked to an item position:

RVM Number

Number of the RVM machine (Device Id).

RVM Store ID

Number of the store Id.

RVM receipt

Number of the RVM receipt.

RVM Date

Entry range permitted: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Date of the receipt generated from the RVM machine.

Value disposable

Value of the receipt position from type "disposable".

Value returnable

Value of the receipt position from type "returnable".

Value dairy

Value of the receipt position from type "dairy".

Direct void

Switch activated:
Switch deactivated:

Offline

Switch activated: This receipt has been redeemed  in offline mode.
Switch deactivated: This receipt has been redeemed  in offline mode.

RVM rec. missing

Switch activated: This redeemed receipt has been unknown.
Switch deactivated: This redeemed receipt has not been unknown.

Note:
To redeem an unknown RVM receipt is only allowed, if the option  "Acpt. unkn. RVM receipt" in program Branch -> Details 2 is activated.
