Get update status (button)
Status data for successful software updates is picked up from the linked sub-installations by depressing button Get update status in update program Installation. Then enter the Name of software update for which the status data is to be transferred to the main installation.
Getting status data for a successful software update assumes that the system units are accessible via the TCP/IP network and that there is a connection between the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS database server and the sub-installation.
If data transfer is interrupted, the operation will be continued during the next update.
