Viewing Data
Viewing stored data in the MICROS Retail OSCAR POS application can be done by use of various Update Programs. Update programs can be started directly from the Program Dispatch or via one of the various menus in the program dispatch or one of the corresponding buttons in the appropriate code programs.
Show all Records
You can view all data records of a particular file, e.g. Item, by clicking on the button:
Search
- Click on this button to search for a particular data record.
- In order to specify the search for a particular data record, you can enter a permitted value in every input field.
- A detailed description of the complex search function can be found in the chapter "Searching for a Data Record".
Afer a successful search, all data records found will be listed in the list field of the input mask. The first data record from this list is shown.
Now you can select one of the searched data records and process its data.
