The program description deals with the following:


Remarks on program function

The delivered positions or the items to be delivered are transferred to the delivery with this program.

A customer delivery is made up of two parts: the formal data and the articles supplied.

The formal data (delivery no, customer no., etc.) is programmed and/or transferred with program Customer delivery.

The second step is to include the articles delivered/to be delivered in the delivery itself. Normally this is done on the basis of the recordings made on the POS system. Entries are then only necessary if differences are established between the recording and the delivery.

The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.

As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:


Company

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999

Number of the company which is carrying out/has carried out the delivery. The field is normally updated on the basis of the recording.

If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.


Branch

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999

Number of the branch which is carrying out/has carried out the delivery. The field is normally updated on the basis of the recording.


Delivery no.

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999999

Number of delivery. The field is normally updated on the basis of the recording.


Invoice no.

An invoice no. is automatically assigned internally after creation of an invoice. The number is normally not displayed. It is only visible in window Invoice.


Position no.

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999

Each article recording is given a unique position no. by the system. The field is normally updated on the basis of a recording.


Item

Entry range permitted: decimal 14 pos.

The number of the delivery article. The field is normally updated on the basis of the recording. If an article is to be removed from the delivery, it should be selected and switch Delete should be activated.


Department

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 999999

The number of the department linked to the article. This department no. is shown together with the article no. and is only intended as information.


VAT

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99

The VAT code linked to the department. The VAT code and the article no. are displayed together for information.


Quantity unit

Window with firmly defined selection options

The article is normally shown with the linked Quantity unit for information after entry of the article no. and confirmation.


Remark

Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 32 pos.

A commentary can be entered in this field, if necessary.


Price

Entry range permitted: decimal max. 10 pos. incl. max. 2 decimal places

Individual price of the goods.


Quantity

Entry range permitted: decimal max. 11 pos. incl. max. 3 decimal places

Number of articles/departments (with reference to the position no.)


Paid quantity unit

The name is automatically extracted from the entry in Quantity unit.


Amount

Entry range permitted: decimal max. 12 pos. incl. max. 2 decimal places

The overall amount of this article calculated by the system: Price x Quantity


Discount

Entry range permitted: decimal max. 12 pos. incl. max. 2 decimal places

Any discounts granted will be shown.


Original pos.no.

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999

An internal no. is assigned by the system for every article recorded at the terminal. This no. is shown in the field. It is of no importance for the user.


Factor 1

Entry range permitted: decimal max. 11 pos. incl. max. 3 decimal places

The maximum multiplication factor is defined in window "Branch". This defines how many multiplications are possible for one article recording (see the example there). Field Quantityshows the overall number of articles and this field shows the 1st multiplicator - if this has been entered during a recording -.


Factor 2

Entry range permitted: decimal max. 11 pos. incl. max. 3 decimal places

If a second multiplication factor was entered during a recording, this will be shown in this field. More details can be found under Factor 1.


Factor 3

Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 11 pos. incl. max. 3 decimal places

If a third multiplication factor was entered during a recording, this will be shown in this field. More details can be found under Factor 1.
