Changing your expired password

If your password expires, you can use the password recovery information you entered to reset your password. The security questions that appear on the page are the ones you selected when setting up your password recovery information. For more information, see Setting up your password recovery information.

  1. In the Current Password field, type your current password.
  2. In the New Password field, type your new password.

Passwords should have a minimum of 8 characters. For security reasons, Oracle recommends using a combination of letters, numbers, and non-alphanumeric characters. Passwords are case-sensitive.

For more information, see Guidelines for choosing a password.

  3. In the Confirm Password field, type your new password again.
  4. In the E-mail address field, type your email address.

The email address must be at least three (3) characters long and contain the at (@) character.

If you reset your password, the InForm application sends a message to this address with a temporary password and instructions on how to access your account.

  5. In the Enter your confirmation response 1 field, type the answer to Question 1.

You must provide an answer to the question.

  6. In the Enter your confirmation response 2 field, type the answer to Question 2.

You must provide an answer to the question.

  7. Click Submit.
